The book is written for managers, specialists, and students for management who are concerned with planning and conduct of programs based largely on the author's own experience in helping organizations leaders with planned change efforts and experience in the field. It is divided into three parts and each part have some chapters. Part one is about the " What," "Why," and "How" of organization Development, and it covers from chapter 1-3. chapter one presents the changing Environment of change. Two is about Organization Development: Planned Environment change and the 3rd chapter is about the Strategies, Targets, and Tactics of Organization Deevelopment. part two is about Organization-Development Strategies at work and covers 6 chapters. Those chapters are actual cases of Organizationwide and each represents a specific change-target emphasis. The last part is about Managing Change and it covers two chapters of the Management of Organization Development and the theme of the Seventies.
